A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is submitted to the outside provider that supplies that search experience. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.

Like most hosted sites, the service may receive routine server-log details such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand usage patterns. Cookies or comparable tools can support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
That data supports site operation, troubleshooting, aggregate traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links lead to Township, county, state, library, archive, and third-party search resources. The policy of the destination governs information submitted after leaving this service. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers may process routine server data for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure or when otherwise permitted by law.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and routine logs are retained only for the operating purposes described here. Because visitors do not create accounts, this service does not maintain a visitor password or profile to protect.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your New Jersey Privacy Options
New Jersey’s Data Privacy Law, P.L. 2023, c.266, provides covered-consumer rights that can include confirmation, access, correction, deletion, and certain opt-outs. Publicly available information and various government records have stated exclusions. Because this service retains very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and routine logs, then removing eligible information. Use the Contact page to ask. A public record held by a Bloomfield, Essex County, or New Jersey custodian is outside our control and must be addressed to that custodian.
